STREETDROP DOOR HANGER ADVERTISING SERVICE AGREEMENT Calgary, Alberta, Canada | info@streetdrop.ca PARTIES COMPANY: StreetDrop, represented by Michael A. CLIENT: The business identified by the Business Name, Contact Name, email, phone and business address captured during checkout. CAMPAIGN DETAILS Ad Size, Number of Zones, Campaign Duration, Preferred Start Date, Artwork Preference and any Special Instructions are captured from the StreetDrop booking wizard at the time of signing and form part of this Agreement by reference. PRICING REFERENCE Per zone, per month. Multi-month discounts apply. Quarter Page — $400 (1 month), $375 (2 months), $350 (3 months), $325 (4+ months) Half Page — $700 (1 month), $650 (2 months), $600 (3 months), $550 (4+ months) Full Page — $1,400 (1 month), $1,300 (2 months), $1,200 (3 months), $1,100 (4+ months) Double Page — $2,900 (1 month), $2,175 (2 months), $2,050 (3 months), $1,925 (4+ months) All Areas — $1,500 flat rate FINANCIAL SUMMARY Subtotal, GST (5%) and Total are calculated from the Ad Size, Number of Zones and Campaign Duration selected in the wizard and displayed to the Client before signing. Payment Method is either Credit Card via Stripe Checkout or invoice-based (E-Transfer, Cash, or Cheque) as selected by the Client. WHAT YOU GET Phase 1 — Design & Approval - Initial design concepts delivered within 2 business days of signing. - 2 complimentary revision rounds included (additional revisions $25 each). - Final approval required within 2 business days of receiving final design. Phase 2 — Printing & Production (5–7 business days) - Professional offset printing on premium card stock. - Full-colour, double-sided door hangers. - Quality control inspection before distribution. Phase 3 — Distribution - Distribution begins within 14–21 days of signing (subject to artwork approval). - Guaranteed delivery to a minimum of 94% of targeted households. - GPS tracking and photo verification provided for every route. - Weather contingency: up to 3 additional days for severe weather at no charge. Total Campaign Timeline: approximately 3–5 weeks from signing to completion. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Payment Terms. 50% deposit is due upon signing. The remaining 50% is due upon distribution completion. Full upfront payment receives a 5% discount. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly penalty on the outstanding balance. 2. Artwork & Content. If providing your own artwork, files must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled distribution date. Artwork must be print-ready (300 DPI, CMYK, PDF format). Custom designs by StreetDrop include 2 complimentary revision rounds (additional revisions $25 each). 3. Service Execution & Timeline. Distribution will occur as scheduled unless prevented by weather conditions (heavy snow, severe storms), municipal restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Weather delays extend the distribution window by up to 3 additional days at no extra charge. 4. Performance Guarantee. We guarantee delivery to a minimum of 94% of targeted households with GPS verification. If we fall below this threshold due to our error, we will redistribute to missed areas at no additional cost. 5. Cancellation Policy. Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancelled before design approval, a 25% cancellation fee applies. After design approval but before printing, 50% applies. Once printing begins, full payment is required. 6. Liability Limitations. StreetDrop's total liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not responsible for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, lost profits, or business interruption. We are not liable for response rates as they depend on factors beyond our control (your offer, market conditions, competition). 7. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final approved design. StreetDrop retains the right to use the design in our portfolio. If using our design services and payment is not completed, we retain all design rights. 8. Privacy & Data Protection. We comply with all applicable privacy laws including Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA. Client data is handled securely and confidentially. We will never share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill this agreement (e.g., printing companies, distribution contractors). 9. Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, or utility failures. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution. This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes will first be attempted through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, with each party bearing their own costs. 11. Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT By signing below, both parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions of this StreetDrop Service Agreement. Signatures are legally binding. STREETDROP — Authorized Representative: Michael A. CLIENT — Signature captured electronically via the StreetDrop booking wizard, including a drawn signature image, the Client's typed full legal name, timestamp, IP address, and user agent.
