FLYER DELIVERY
CALGARY.
Your flyers, hand placed on the door handle by our own couriers, street by street, with GPS and a timestamped photo of every drop. Not folded into a mailbox pile. Not handed off to a mail network. Walked to the door and proven.
What we deliver.
Flyers
Your printed flyer, hand placed on the door handle of every home on the route. Lighter stock than a door hanger, 20% cheaper, same walking delivery and same proof.
Postcards, hung
Postcards and rack cards delivered as hangers, so your piece stays on the handle instead of hitting the porch floor. The format of a mailer with the visibility of a door hanger.
Door hangers
Our flagship. Premium 14pt cardstock, die-cut to hang on the handle, full colour both sides. If your budget allows it, this is the piece that gets kept.

The door handle, not the mailbox.
Most flyer distribution in Calgary is one of two models. The first resells Canada Post Neighbourhood Mail: your flyer rides the letter carrier network into the mailbox, stacked with bills and every other piece on the route, and the report you get back is a distribution count. The second is the blanket crew: a van of casual walkers paid per thousand pieces, with no route log and no way to verify a single door was actually served.
StreetDrop runs a third model. Our own couriers walk assigned routes on foot and place your flyer on the door handle, where the homeowner sees it standing alone as they come and go. Every route is GPS logged, every drop is photographed, and any zone that falls short of the logged route gets re-delivered. You can see what that proof looks like on a real campaign at our proof page.
Hand delivery vs mailbox admail
| Feature | StreetDrop | Mailbox admail / blanket crews |
|---|---|---|
| Where your flyer lands | On the door handle, standing alone, seen the moment someone comes or goes. | In the mailbox, stacked with bills and every other flyer on the route. |
| Who carries it | Our own trained couriers, walking assigned routes on foot. | Letter carriers, or unverified blanket crews paid per thousand pieces. |
| Proof of delivery | GPS route log plus a timestamped photo of each drop. | A route-level distribution count, or nothing at all. |
| If a zone falls short | Re-delivered, guaranteed against the logged route. | No way to know it fell short in the first place. |
| Pricing | Public rate table, from $260 per zone plus GST. | Quote forms, per-piece rates, minimum volumes. |
How GPS proof works.
Routes are mapped
Your zones are broken into walking routes, street by street, with a live household count before you commit.
Couriers walk
Our own trained couriers deliver on foot, hanging every flyer on the door handle. No mailboxes, no porch tosses.
Every drop is logged
The courier's phone records GPS along the route and captures a timestamped photo at the door for each drop.
You see the map
When the drop is done you get the GPS trail and photo record for every zone, the same day. Any shortfall gets re-delivered.
Where we deliver flyers
Every Calgary quadrant is mapped into zones of roughly 4,000 homes, from Panorama Hills and Evanston in the north to Mahogany, Auburn Bay, and Cranston in the southeast. We also run flyer delivery across Red Deer and Central Alberta, with Cochrane and Airdrie launching soon. See every service area.
Flyer delivery pricing.

Flyer delivery FAQ.
Who delivers flyers in Calgary?
StreetDrop delivers flyers across Calgary and Red Deer with its own trained couriers, on foot, door to door. Every drop is GPS logged and photographed. Most other Calgary flyer services either resell Canada Post Neighbourhood Mail, which goes into the mailbox with the rest of the mail, or run blanket crews with no per-door proof of delivery.
How much does flyer delivery cost in Calgary?
Flyer delivery starts at $260 per zone at our best per-zone tier, or $320 for a single zone, plus 5% GST. A Calgary zone covers roughly 4,000 homes. Flyer rates run 20% below our door hanger rates because flyers print on lighter stock. The full rate table is public on our pricing page.
What is the difference between flyer delivery and Canada Post admail?
Canada Post Neighbourhood Mail rides the letter carrier network into home mailboxes, stacked with bills and other flyers, and reporting is a route-level distribution count. StreetDrop hand places your flyer on the door handle where the homeowner sees it standing alone, and backs it with a GPS route log plus a timestamped photo of each drop. Mailbox admail wins for locked apartment lobbies; hand delivery wins when you want your piece seen and proven.
How fast can you deliver my flyers?
Most campaigns finish 1 to 2 weeks after artwork approval, depending on zone count and weather. Distribution runs zone by zone, so the first neighbourhoods are done within days of launch and you can watch progress live as routes complete.
What proof of delivery do I get?
Every courier's phone logs GPS along the route, and every drop gets a timestamped photo. When your campaign finishes you see the map of exactly where we walked and when, not just a distribution count. Any zone that falls short of the logged route gets re-delivered.
Can you design and print the flyers too?
Yes. Bring print-ready artwork or start from nothing, our in-house design team and print partners handle the rest. One team from concept to doorstep, no vendor juggling.
